With the improvement of people's environmental awareness, environmentally friendly boilers such as biomass boilers and oil /gas boilers are becoming more and more popular.
ZBG diesel oil fired boilers can be divided into SZS series water tube boilers and WNS series fire tube boilers depending on the medium inside the tubes. Due to the structural nature of water tube boilers and fire tube boilers, there are significant differences between the two boilers in terms of pressure range, capacity, and boiler technology design. With multiple pressure designs, the water tube boilers can meet the steam supply requirements of 2.5MPa or above. The fire tube boilers, on the contrary, are intended for use at pressures below 2.5 MPa. Fire tube boilers usually have a capacity of below 20t/h, while water tube ones of 20t/h or more as capacity expansion is possible.
The boiler adopts a corrugated furnace and a large-area combustion chamber design to improve the thermal efficiency. The boiler is characterized by its multiple protection function, so as to guarantee a stable and safe running. In addition, full wet-back layout makes sure boiler operate in a safe condition and reduce the losses caused by repair and maintenance.
SZS series boiler is designed with longitudinal double drums and "D" type chamber structure. Ample steam and water space ensures steam quality. Furnace is placed on the right and convection tube bank is on the left, super heater is arranged at convection tube bank. Around the furnace is membrane water cooling tube wall. The boiler body is sealed reliably to prevent smoke leakage and reduce heat loss. Furnace and tube bank are totally separated by the membrane water tube cooling wall at the left side of the furnace. The overall structure of the boiler is reasonable and the floor space is small.
