Project address: 4 ton dzl series coal-fired horizontal chain boiler
Product: Salibaba
Fuel: coal
Application area: Feed mill
The 4-ton steam boiler used in a feed mill in Tanzania is a dzl series coal-fired horizontal chain boiler produced by ZBG. In the production process of the feed mill, steam is required for the maturation process, wet granulation, and wet puffing. The ZBG coal-fired steam boiler has low operating cost and low pollution discharge in the feed mill, greatly reducing the formation of pollutants such as nitrogen oxides from the boiler body, and reducing the cost of desulfurization and denitrification.
During the operation of the 4 ton dzl series coal-fired steam boiler produced by ZBG, the fuel falls from the coal hopper to the grate, and after entering the furnace, the flue gas passes through the upper part of the arch and enters the tail of the boiler (the first return). The tail enters the front of the boiler through the convection flue (second return stroke), then enters the rear smoke box (the third return stroke) through the threaded tobacco pipe bundle, and finally enters the economizer. The dust collector is drawn by the induced draft fan and discharged to the atmosphere through the chimney. The boiler is equipped with a dust removal device to reduce the dust concentration of the flue gas.
