The coal-fired angle tube hot water boiler produced by ZBG is often used as a heat source host for central heating in cities and different enterprises. For industrial and mining enterprises that require a large amount of process hot water, the boiler can also meet its needs. For example, a 46MW layered angle tube hot water boiler is exported to Mongolia for heating in a heating company.
Many countries and regions such as Mongolia, Russia, Kazakhstan and other very cold winters have always been hot spots for heating boilers. The DHL series hot water boiler produced by ZBG is a large-capacity layered corner tube series hot water boiler jointly developed by ZBG and the Boiler Research Institute of Xi'an Jiaotong University. The boiler is mainly coal-fired, and the flue gas inertia separation is designed in the connecting flue. Dust-removing device, the dust concentration of the original flue gas of the boiler reaches the standard, multi-stage dust removal in the furnace, furnace structure and front and rear arch design, effectively eliminating black smoke, and the boiler has excellent environmental performance.
The 46MW layer corner tube hot water boiler is on the technical core and two invention patents proposed by the Boiler Research Institute of Xi'an Jiaotong University:
